Randy Eberly is Secretary Treasurer/ Field Rep for BAC local 5 PA. He became Field Representative serving the Nazareth and Reading Chapters in May 2015.

Randy graduated from Ephrata High School and Brownstown Vocational School in Masonry. He began his masonry career as an apprentice bricklayer in 1984 and  joined BAC local 21 in Reading as a journeyman Bricklayer in 1988. Following the merge with BAC local 5 PA he was elected Chapter Chairman of the Reading chapter in 1994.
Additionally, Between 2010 and 2015 Randy served as a Masonry Instructor at Thaddeus Stevens College, Lancaster, PA , Brownstown Career & Technical School Brownstown, PA and Harrisburg area Community College, Harrisburg, PA
Randy is a member of the Lehigh Valley Building Trades and Reading/Berks Building Trades. He is also a labor Trustee for the Union Trowel Trades Health and Welfare Fund of Pennsylvania.
In 2016 Randy was presented with a 25 year service award from BAC local 5 PA.
