Dwayne Borowski is the Safety, Training and Apprentice Coordinator for BAC Local 5 Pennsylvania. He became the Apprentice/ Safety Coordinator in December of 2019..

Dwayne graduated from Pottsville Area High School, and the masonry program at Schuylkill Training and Technology Center in 1993.  Upon graduation Dwayne began his career as an apprentice bricklayer in BAC Local 47 Pottsville.

Dwayne  is currently a trustee for Local 47 pension fund and an advisory board member for STTC North.

Additionaly in 2018 Dwayne received his 25 year service award and is enrolled in IMTEFs Instructor Certification Program.
